PLEASE NOTE: The City of Dearborn Heights Residential Rehabilitation Program provides this list as a courtesy to homeowners participating in the City of Dearborn Heights Residential Rehabilitation Program. Homeowners are not restricted to this list of contractors.  Homeowners may choose to offer the bid to any certified lead abatement General Contractor or any other qualified contractor. Contractors must review the bid documents and determine if they are qualified to bid on projects funded by the CDBG program in the City of Dearborn Heights. The City does not recommend or endorse specific contractors.
