Investigative Division

        The Investigative Division has responsibility for carrying out department functions involving criminal investigations and special operations.  This division includes the Detective Bureau, Juvenile Bureau, Special Operations Bureau (narcotics), the Tactical Response Unit (SWAT) and Crime Prevention.  The Investigative Division also oversees department officers assigned to federal task forces. The Investigative Division is under the command of Captain Jeffrey Seipenko.
