Uniform Division

       The Uniform Division, consisting of 79 full-time members and 25 part-time reserve police officers, is the largest of the department's three divisions.  The Uniform Division has responsibility for carrying out department functions involving all uniformed personnel and operations.  This includes Uniform Road Patrol, the K-9 Unit, the Directed Patrol Unit, Jail Operations, Communications, Animal Control, Reserve Police Officer Program, and the Dearborn Heights Police Department Honor Guard.  The Uniform Division is under the command of Captain Richard Duffany.
