Hardships from the COVID-19 pandemic continue to be felt across the country. Currently, there are well over 300,000 borrowers who are at least 60-days delinquent on their FHA mortgage and have not sought help to avoid a future foreclosure. To assist FHA borrowers with keeping their homes, there is availability of COVID-19 forbearance relief. There is help for those who may be struggling to pay their FHA mortgage to possibly prevent them from losing one of their greatest assets…their home!

Michigan COVID-19 Safety Grant Program
The Michigan COVID-19 Safety Grant Program awards small businesses matching funds - up to $10,000 - to decrease the risk of COVID-19 spread through safety and health-related equipment purchased and training in response to COVID-19. The goal of the program is to create a safer and healthier work environment and reduce the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 for Michiganders.
The City of Dearborn Heights offers a Residential Rehabilitation Program to assist eligible low and moderate income Dearborn Heights homeowners. Utilizing federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, this voluntary loan program has benefited numerous households in Dearborn Heights for over 40 years.
